Return Period:
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom and Personalized Items:
We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges for any custom-made or personalized products. All sales of such items are final.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@artofbeaming.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
